Balloon Clouds

Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026. This policy covers the Balloon Clouds game and its website.

Game progress

You can play without signing in. Coins, badges, records, purchases made with game coins, and language preferences are stored on your device. Clearing the website or app data resets your progress. Your device or operating system may back up app data according to your settings.

Website

Cloudflare serves the game files. In delivering and securing the site, it processes requests that may include your IP address, browser information, and requested URL. The browser game does not load the mobile advertising SDK.

Children and age choices

The game is designed for a mixed audience, including children. In the mobile apps, an optional age-range choice is used on the device. The app uses that choice to apply age-related protections for ad requests. Children under 13 and players who skip receive child-directed treatment. Under-18 sessions use the under-age consent setting. The app passes the appropriate protection flags to Google without collecting a name or date of birth. All sessions request non-personalized banners with a G content limit.

Mobile advertising

The ad-supported mobile edition uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for banner ads and privacy choices. Depending on the platform, settings and consent, Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain its services. Gameplay works offline. A banner requires a network connection.

Where available, use Privacy options in the game to revisit your choices. You can also manage advertising preferences in your device settings. Read how Google uses data from apps and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Support and privacy requests

If you email support, the operator receives your email address and the information you send, and uses them to answer your request. Ask about access, correction or deletion using the support page. Locally saved progress can be cleared directly on your device.
